Welcome to the WCU UP Program! We hope you find your college experience a very positive one that you will never forget. Our dedicated WCU UP Program faculty and staff are here to help along with many other wonderful people and services offered at WCU. Here are several you will want to explore:

For Emergencies:

• How to be Prepared for Emergencies
• The WCU UP Program Office is located in Killian 120; call us at 828-227-3297 (daytime hours) or 828-550-1990 (emergency cell phone)
• If there is an emergency on campus, call the University Police at 828-227-8911 (emergency) or 828-227-7301 (all other)
• Check the weather and weather-related announcements at WCU 
• Sign up for RAVE mobile campus safety alerts to receive WCU emergency information
• Make an appointment at the Student Health Services or call 828-227-7640

For Academic or Billing Questions:

• For questions about campus life and academics, contact the Student Service Center 
• To view federal student aid resources to help you with your FAFSA; Comprehensive Transition and Postsecondary (CTP) Program
• To pay your tuition bill, register, or check email and class schedules in myWCU
• For WCU computer requirements and technical assistance or call 828-227-7487
• For book rental policies or call 828-227-7346
• To check the academic calendar
• For accommodations in classes, contact the Office of Accessibility Resources at 828-227-3886
• To check your meal plan balance log in to myWCU

Lost and Found:

• If you lose your CatCard, go to the CatCard office in Brown Hall.
• If you lose your room key, first retrace your steps to see if you find it. If not, go to Residential Living and then the University Police to ask if they have seen your keys.
• Contact your residential director to report and pay for your lost keys 

Travel:

• Stop at CatTran signs and wait or call it at 828-227-TRAN (8726) to schedule a ride
