Graduating students are recognized with a small gift and honorary book. Honorary books are new titles selected by the students themselves for the library collection with personalized nameplates to commemorate their work. We will miss them! WCU students, faculty, and staff were asked to reshoot landscape images from the Hunter Library and the Canton Historical Society archive collections. The project, Forms of Testimony, includes a visual demonstration of the changes in attitudes towards the environment and the underlying economic conditions that gave rise to those ideas. Hunter Library’s new Gender & Sexuality Studies research guide helps students investigate interdisciplinary research projects in those areas. The guide walks researchers through the process of finding overview and seminal works, research articles, films, data sources, and primary source materials on women’s studies, masculinity studies, intersectional gender analysis, LGBTQIQA+ research, and a variety of related topics.
