Carteret CC students now have guaranteed admission to WCU

WCU Chancellor Kelli R. Brown and Tracy Mancini, president of Carteret CC, virtually signed a memorandum of understanding between the two institutions that guarantees admission to WCU for all Carteret graduates who satisfy certain requirements.
