Western Carolina University’s Office of Professional Growth and Enrichment is offering swim classes for adults and children this fall at the Reid Gymnasium pool on WCU’s campus.
Veteran swim instructor Mike Creason, who has been teaching swim lessons for more than 40 years, will serve as instructor.
Youth and adult swim classes will be held Monday through Wednesday, Oct. 21-23, and again Oct. 28-30 for a total of six nights over a two-week period.
The Youth Refresher class will run from 6:30 to 7:20 p.m. with the Adult Beginner Swim class following from 7:30 to 8:20 p.m.
The Adult Beginner Swim class offers a very supportive environment for adults who have not learned how to swim.
Cost for both adult and youth swim is $59 per participant. For more information, visit swim.wcu.edu or call 828-227-7397.
