Cantrell named to higher education news organization board
Geoff Cantrell, public communication specialist in WCU’s Office of Communications and Public Relations, was elected to the board of directors for the College News Association of the Carolinas as the organization held its annual meeting recently in Greenville, South Carolina.
The membership of CNAC includes news and public relations professionals from public and private higher education institutions across the two Carolinas.
Cantrell joined the communications and public relations staff in September 2015.
