Western’s Business Administration and Law Program offers students a quality education in the area of business administration and law, business policy, and strategy through synergistic teaching, research, and service. Students receive a thorough background in the interrelationship of business and law, legal theory, legal research, and the application of law in everyday business transactions and management.

The B.S.B.A in Business Administration and Law requires 42 Liberal Studies hours, 36 Business Core hours, 21 major hours, and 6-15 general elective hours, depending on Liberal Studies courses completed.
Detailed Degree Requirements

The minor in Business Law requires 18 total hours.
The minor in Business Administration requires 18 total hours.
The interdisciplinary minor in Conflict Resolution and Cross-Cultural Communication provides a unique opportunity for students to become trained campus and community mediators. A mediator is a neutral third party who helps parties to resolve a dispute without going to court.

Students who wish to finish their degree in eight semesters can follow a prescribed program of study.
