Admission Requirements

  • For IEP or IEP with conditional admission to a WCU Undergraduate program:
    1. A minimum age of 18
    2. High school or secondary school diploma
  • IEP with conditional admission to WCU Graduate program: contact Graduate School Admissions.
  • Admission to WCU Undergraduate programs requires successful completion of the WCU IEP, 75 TOEFL iBT, 6.0 IELTS, 95 Duolingo, or 50 PTE Academic

Send these required documents to

  • Passport OR Permanent Residency Card
  • High School or University Transcripts
  • Financial Worksheet and Documents showing support of atleast $28 541 (USD)

If you are in the USA right now, you must also submit:

  • Your current visa

Pay the $155 application fee. Our Admissions Specialist will email payment instructions to you. 

WCU accepts all major credit cards. If you cannot pay with a credit card, please contact us at to make different payment arrangements.

Follow these steps to Record a Short Video.

  • Go to the IEP Flipgrid Website
  • Log in with your Google or Microsoft account.
  • Answer the question with a 1.5 minute video

Submit your ID photograph using our ONLINE FORM

Your picture should follow these guidelines:

  • JPEG file format
  • Look at the camera (like in a passport photograph)
  • Do not cover your face
  • No hats (traditional headwear is fine)
  • No sunglasses
  • Picture of your head + shoulders is preferred
