We provide free software support and repairs. This includes removing viruses and malware, backing up data, installing software, and reinstalling operating systems on Windows and MacOS laptops. Some repairs may require computers to be checked in for 48 hours for in-depth services.

Students also recieve the Microsoft 365 Suite for free using their student account.

We provide hardware repairs for student-owned and WCU-owned Apple and Dell laptops. Valid Apple and Dell warranties are accepted. Some non-warranty hardware repairs are available and require a $25 check-in fee. Total repair costs for non-warranty services vary based on the extent of the damage. While your device is being repaired, you can check out a rental laptop for the duration of the repair.
