Title IX Support and Services

Supportive measures are  individualized services reasonably available that are nonpunitive, non-disciplinary, and not unreasonably burdensome to the other party while designed to ensure equal educational access, protect safety, or deter sexual harassment.

Supportive measures can include (but are not limited to):

  • "no contact" orders;
  • relocation in University Housing;
  • adjustments to class schedules or other academic needs;
  • adjustments to extracurricular activities.
