Whether you are a current or future WCU student, a western North Carolina resident attending school elsewhere, an incoming WCU freshman, or a community member looking for a fun summer educational experience, sign up for Summer School at WCU for an experience you are sure to remember.
Students are encouraged to register early for summer session as many courses fill up quickly. Keep in mind that visiting students will have to complete the application process prior to registering, so get started today.
Summer registration for current students is similar to the fall and spring registration process.
You’ll first need to meet with your faculty advisor to review your proposed summer and fall schedule and obtain your pin number for registration. Check out the check list for a step-by-step guide, or go directly to myWCU if you already have your pin number in hand.
If you are new student planning to start your path toward a degree from WCU during the summer session, you’ll need to first apply for admission to WCU.
If you’ve already completed the application process and been accepted, download the check list so we can walk you through the process as a new student. LOG IN TO MYWCU
If you are an entering freshman, we encourage you to check out our four summer learning communities and find out how you can get a head start on your college career.
Are you attending another university and interested in spending the summer in the mountains while getting one step closer to your degree?
We’d love to have you as a visiting student at WCU. You will need to demonstrate good academic standing at your current university as part of the admissions process to enroll in summer courses at WCU.
