Student Support

Student Authors,

As NAPS is traditionally committed to be a student centric conference, you are encouraged to apply to the student support program. The student support program at NAPS 2023 includes:

• Student registration discount.
• Student Housing & Meal Support Program.
• Industry Career Fair

The first step is to complete your registration as a student author. 

In the second and final step, you should ask your academic advisor to send a short Letter of Recommendation asap to Dr. Tarek Kandil thassankandil@email.wcu.edu. The final deadline for poster session applications is September 15. The Letter of Recommendation can be either an attachment or a simple email in the following format:

• Title: Student name - NAPS student support program.
• State your support for the student's participation.
• Confirm that there is additional support to cover the student’s travel (airfare/land travel and registration).
