The final date for cancellation refunds is Sept. 15. Regular registration ends Sept. 29. Students presenters must register by 9/29 to take advantage of the free room offer. Late registration fees of $200 for students and $500 for other participants will apply after this date. Don't delay!
LOCATION/ HOTEL: Doubletree by Hilton Hotel Asheville - Biltmore. Student presenters will secure their rooms directly through our conference registration which opens July 1. All non-students will make reservations directly with the Doubletree or an alternate hotel. A conference rate of $149.00 is available for Sunday and Monday night at the Doubletree. DEADLINE TO REGISTER IS October 5. BOOK ONLINE
NOTE: If you are planning to arrive a day early on Saturday, please be aware that rooms
are EXTREMELY limited and will likely not be available at the Doubletree as this is
a peak tourist weekend for the Asheville area. We recommend booking any Saturday night
accommodations ASAP.

The theme of the 55th North American Power Symposium is “Broadening Participation in Sustainable Power Engineering, Technology, and Education” with technical sessions in the following areas:

If you are arriving early, consider taking part in one of 2 optional excursions for no extra charge. Open to all attendees. Pre-registration is required. Transportation will be provided for both excursion and they will load in front of the Doubletree Hotel. A boxed lunch will be provided for Trip 2 which departs at 10:30am.
