Bio:
I graduated WCU with my BS in 2014 and master’s degree also from WCU in 2018. I joined
the Western Carolina Emergency Medical Care team in October of 2018, and in August
I will assume the role as the EMC Distance Program Coordinator. Prior to coming to
coming to WCU, I was the Director of Education and Paramedic Program Director at Low
Country Regional EMS. We served the entire Lowcountry area (Charleston to Hilton Head).
I started in EMS just over 10 years ago in Panama City, Florida and have had the pleasure
of working all over the Southeast. I have worked in nearly all aspects of EMS including
EMT, Paramedic, FTO, Training Officer, and Management.
I have been married to my wife Shana for almost 20 years and we have 2 wonderful boys, Aiden and Kager. We enjoy everything outside and spend most of our time outdoors whether it’s exploring the trails, or backpacking and fishing the local streams.
Oh yeah and I LOVE COFFEE!
