Application Change of Term Form

Your application is only valid for the term in which you apply for unless you complete and submit the form below. You may change your term up to two times within one year of your original application date. 

Deadlines:

• Summer Semester Application on file - Submit Change of Term Form no later than July 5 at 5:00pm.
• Fall Semester Application on file - Submit Change of Term Form no later than July 5 at 5:00pm.
• Spring Semester Application on file - Submit Change of Term Form no later than January 18 at 5:00pm.

In order to change your term, please access your Catamount Applicant Portal and submit the Change Term form which is available on the Application Tab.
