Report

            A valuable chair which was taken in October '04 from Central

            Hall was recovered. The chair was damaged.

            A lost wallet was returned it the owner.

Report

            A student reported losing a CAT Card. It was deactivated.

Citation

            A non -student was cited for driving while license revoked.

 

1600 Alarm Reynolds Hall
Report

            University officers responded to an alarm at Reynolds Hall.
Panel

            malfunction.

 

1730 Drug Violation Albright Hall
Report

            A student was referred to Judicial Affairs for a marijuana
violation.

 

1745 Accident Scott Hall
Report

            University officers investigated a minor accident in the
circle in

            front of Scott Hall. The accident involved a University
vehicle.

 

1920 Handicap Violation Village
Citation

            A non-student was cited for parking in a handicap space and
for having

            an expired registration plate.

 

2040 Traffic Violations Centennial Dr.
Citation

            A student was charged with traveling on the wrong side of
the road

            and displaying an expired plate on his car.

 

2117 Burglary/Larceny Central Dr. Hall
Further Investigation

            A student reported a large number of DVD's taken from his
room as well

            as CD's for games.

 

2301 Liquor/Drug Violation Leatherwood Hall
Arrest

            Two male students were charged with liquor law violations
and

            drug violations (misdemeanors).

 

2330 Underage Drinking Leatherwood Hall
Report

            Two male students were referred to Judicial Affairs for
underage

            drinking.

Citations

            A female driver was charged with underage drinking and her
male

            passenger was charged with possession of marijuana,
paraphernalia

            and underage possession of malt beverage. Both are Western
students.

 

0245 Alarm Walker hall
Report

            No trouble. Low battery set off the alarm.

 

0641 Larceny Central Dr. Hall
Further Investigation

            University officers are investigating the theft of a table
from Central Dr. Hall.

 

0700 Accident Dodson
Report

            University officers investigated a minor accident between
two Western
