Shown at the Hunter Library, 2008
In 2003, Anna Fariello, working with the History Museum of Western Virginia and the Smithsonian Center for Folklife created the exhibit Movers & Makers: Doris Ulmann’s Portrait of the Craft Revival in Appalachia. In 2008, when this exhibit came to North Carolina, it was shared between Hunter Library and the Cashiers Historical Society.
