William Moultrie

Associate Vice Chancellor
for Student Success

William Moultrie has been named associate vice chancellor for student success. Moultrie comes to WCU from North Carolina Central University where he was interim dean of University College in the Division of Academic Affairs. 

Randy Colins

Dean of the College of
Engineering and Technology

​The WCU Board of Trustees appointed Randy Colins as dean of the College of Engineering and Technology. He comes to WCU from Clemson University where he was a professor of electrical and computer engineering and the academic/technical adviser for the school’s Dominion Energy Innovation Center.
