WCU alum Preston Blakely to speak in February at Chancellor’s List event

Blakely will be the keynote speaker for the Chancellor’s List Award Ceremony. The event will be Tuesday, Feb. 7, at 5 p.m. in the Bardo Arts Center Performance Hall.

Award-winning journalist to deliver WCU’s annual James A. Cooper Memorial Lecture in Cherokee Studies

Rebecca Nagle will deliver the annual lecture at 7 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 16, at WCU’s University Center Theater and again at 6 p.m. on Thursday, Nov. 17, at the Museum of the Cherokee Indian in Cherokee.
