Rescheduled Mountain Heritage Day 50th Anniversary Concert set for March 23

Western Carolina University is excited to announce the rescheduled Mountain Heritage Day 50th anniversary evening concert, now set for Sunday, March 23, at the Liston B. Ramsey Regional Activity Center. Doors will open at 4 p.m.
This special event will feature performances by renowned bluegrass bands Old Crow Medicine Show, Lindsay Lou, and Sister Sadie. Originally slated for both daytime and evening slots, these talented artists will unite for one unforgettable concert, celebrating the rich mountain heritage and the resilience of Western North Carolina in the aftermath of Hurricane Helene.
The concert is free and open to the public, with no tickets required.
For those who reserved tickets for the September concert that was canceled due to the storm, please note that those tickets are no longer needed.
