Western Carolina University’s Office of Professional Growth and Enrichment will be offering a three-part seminar series “Strategies for Fixing Big Leaks in Your Business: People, Processes and Pipeline” at WCU’s instructional site at Biltmore Park in Asheville..

The seminars will be held from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Wednesday, March 4, March 11, and March 18.

“Throughout this seminar series, you will learn how to motivate your employees to perform at their highest capacity, increase team performance and implement systems to help your organization to stop leaks,” said Mary O’Connor, business coach and founder of Epic Mind Consulting, who will serve as the instructor for the series.
