Title: Cultural Landscape Inventory and Report for the Trail of Tears National Historic Trail and Unicoi Turnpike

Description: to continue work on the historical research, on-site investigations, evaluation and recommendations for this national historic trail

Title: Opioid Workforce Expansion Program (OWEP) for Professionals Serving Rural Western NC and the Eastern Band of Cherokee Indians

Description: to recruit and train students to provide substance abuse prevention, treatment and recovery services in integrated, interdisciplinary, and team based care to medically underserved communities

Title: REC Trail of Tears Partnership Agreement

Description: to develop an interactive visualization interpretive system as a public interface for the Fort Armistead site in the Cherokee National Forest

Title: Research Incubation Program for Undergraduates in Nuclear Related Engineering Fields (RIU-NRE)

Funder: US Nuclear Regulatory Commission

Amount: $199,795

Description: to fund six scholarships for specially selected, highly motivated engineering students specializing in electric power, mechanical and electrical disciplines
