“This exciting workshop uses improvisational theater exercises to break down the elements of good communication,” said workshop instructor Neela Munoz, a consultant and coach with Ignite CSP. “Whether you’re building rapport, networking, connecting with clients or potential clients, or simply conversing with friends and family, this workshop gives you a chance to recognize what you do well and an opportunity to build in those areas you wish to improve.”

The registration fee is $99, and lunch is included.

The Digital Marketing and Public Relations Certificate Program will be offered from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on six Fridays, Feb. 22 through April 26. Participants will have an opportunity to create an online marketing communications strategy and powerhouse digital toolbox by completing all six workshops that will be taught by expert marketing and public relations professionals.

“This program is essential for anyone that does marketing/public relations in their organization,” said Justin Belleme, founder and director of strategy for JB Media Group and workshop instructor.

Other instructors include Sarah Benoit of JB Media Group; Cathy Busick of Insight Marketing; Betty Farmer, owner of Farmer Communications and professor of communication at WCU; and Pat Gallo, visual storyteller and videographer.
