The College of Business is rolling out a new effort that is designed to give members of the university community and external partners insight into the impact that faculty members are having outside the classroom.

The inaugural all-in day of giving to benefit multiple areas of WCU proved to be one day to remember as 1,128 donors made gifts and pledges totaling $316,337, blowing past an original goal of 800 donors.

Western Carolina University’s Communications and Marketing team has received 11 awards from the Hermes Creative Awards. The international competition is one of the oldest and largest creative competitions in the world.

Alum Artley Porterfield finds his niche at the Titanic museum

Artley Porterfield is a storyteller from Jonesborough, Tennessee. He obtained his bachelor’s degree in entrepreneurship from WCU and now works as a cast member at the Titanic Museum Attraction in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee.
