A student reported his vehicle had been vandalized by being
scratched with a sharp object while it was parked in the Helder /
Leatherwood lot between 01/16 and /1/19/07.

A male non-student was arrested and charged with DWI, no operators'
license and driving left of center on Central Drive.
0200 07-00254 DWI Central Drive Arrest
A male student was arrested for DWI after backing his vehicle into
a police patrol vehicle.
2220 07-00264 Alcohol Violation Benton Hall Citations x
2; Referrals x 2
In Benton Hall a student received a state citation and a UJC for
underage possession of alcohol, and a second student received a UJC for
underage possession of alcohol and a non-student received a citation for
underage possession of alcohol.

A female non-student received a state citation for underage
possession of alcohol while in the Commons Building at the Village.

A non-student male received a state citation for underage
possession of malt beverages while he was at the cul-de-sac in the
village with friends.
0900 07-00272 Vandalism Chancellors Residence Report
Officers are investigating vandalism damage being done by paint
balls to property at the Chancellors residence between 8pm 1/20 and 9am
9/21.
