      A student received a state citation for parking in a fire lane at
Scott Hall.

0800 06-05595 Larceny Campus Report

     Officers are investigating the theft of 3 wheel locks from campus
during December 2006.

1035 06-05696 Traffic Accident Old Motor Pool lot
Report

     Officers investigated a 2 car accident that involved parking and
occurred in the Old Motor Pool lot.

 

1329 06-05698 Possession of Stolen Property Scott
Report

     Officers responding to a report of a student in possession of
stolen signs did not locate any stolen property.

 

1400 06-05699 Larceny Norton lot Report

     A student reported items were taken from his vehicle while it was
parked in the Norton parking lot between December 10th and 12th.

 

0800 06-05700 Robbery Information Sylva Arrest x2

     Two students who were arrested by an off campus agency and charged
with the robbery of a Sylva business.

 

1400 06-05701 Larceny Reynolds lot Report

     A student reported his vehicle was entered and items stolen while
it was parked at the Reynolds Hall parking area.

 

1620 06-05702 Larceny Forsyth Report

     A student reports his yellow mountain bike style bicycle was stolen
from the bicycle rack in front of Forsyth.

 

1820 06-05703 Traffic Violation Old Cullowhee Rd
Citation

     A non-student received a state citation for driving with no
operators' license and having an expired vehicle registration license
plate.

 

2230 06-05706 Traffic Violation Scott Citation

     A student received a state citation for driving with an expired
vehicle registration license plate.

0100 06-05708 Alcohol Violation Scott Hall Citation x1 &
Referrals x2

     One female student received a state citation and a UJC for underage
possession/consumption of alcohol and another female student received a
UJC for underage possession/consumption of alcohol at Scott Hall.

 

0210 06-05710 Fire Walker Report

     Officers extinguished a fire that was burning in a trashcan outside
Walker Hall. The cause of the fire is undetermined.
