1230 06-05598 Assault/Vandalism/B&E Scott Arrest
Following an investigation (case 06-05563) a male student was
arrested on warrants for Aggravated Assault (with a deadly weapon),
Breaking & Entering, and two counts of Vandalism. The male students
bond was set at $4,000.00 secured.
1420 06-05602 Assault Central Hall Report
A female student reports a dispute on 12/3/06 between herself and
another female student at Central Hall resulted in an assault by her
being pushed. No criminal prosecution was wanted at this time.

0045 06-05608 Fire Alarm Leatherwood Report
Cullowhee Fire Department and Officers responded to a fire alarm
activation at Leatherwood Hall. No problem was located.
