1105 06-05397 Vandalism Peaks Referral

     A student was referred to Jackson County Sheriffs Department to
report her vehicle had been damaged by someone kicking it while it was
parked at Catamount Peaks on Thursday 11/16. Similar damage has been
reported on campus recently too.

 

1345 06-05400 Traffic Accident Harrill Lot Report

     Officers are investigating a hit & run causing damage to a vehicle
that occurred on 11/20/06 in the Harrill Lot.

 

1600 06-05401 Vandalism Norton Lot Report

     A student reports her vehicle had been damaged by being "keyed"
while it was parked in the Norton Parking area between November 1st and
17th.

 

1830 06-05403 Sexual Assault Leatherwood Report

     Officers are investigating a sexual assault to a non-student by a
student acquaintance that was reported to have occurred 11/20/06 in
Leatherwood Hall.

 

2200 06-05407 Drug Violation Leatherwood Referral

     A student received a Judicial Referral for possession of marijuana
and drug paraphernalia in Leatherwood Hall.
