            During a safety and health inspection residential living
staff discovered

            a chair taken from the Ramsey Center. The chair was
returned .

            Officers assisted Sylva officers by transporting a female to
the Jackson County

            Detention Center. The female faces charges from the Sylva
Police Department.

            a male non-student for supplying the drugs to the female

Report

            Officers deactivated a CAT Card reported lost.

 

1955 05-2243 Drug Violation Walker Hall
Citation

            A female student was charged with drug violations.

 

2200 05-2244 DWI/Drugs University Way
Arrest

            A male student was arrested for driving while impaired and
causing a wreck. He

            was also charged with hit and run, and resisting a public
officer. He was

            jailed under a $3,500 secure bond at the Jackson County
Detention Center.

 

2239 05-2233 Drug Violation Benton Hall
Report

            Officers responded to the odor of marijuana. No contraband
found.

 

2250 05-2241 Lost CAT Card Campus
Report

            Officers deactivated a CAT Card reported lost.

Referred

            An underage female student was transported to Harris
Regional Hospital

            for an alcohol overdose. The incident was referred to
Judicial Affairs.
