1520 Suspicious Person Centennial Dr.
Report

            A suspicious person was asked to leave a store in the
business

            district. The owner of the store banned the individual from
the business

            in the presence of a University Officer who explained to the
individual

            the consequences of reentering the business. Jackson County
authorities

            were also advised of the situation. The individual is not a
student.

 

1615 Warrant Campus
Report

            A warrant for a male student for harassing phone calls was

            sent to his county of residence for service.

 

2118 NOL/Failure to Stop Central Dr.
Citation

            A student was issued a citation for no operator's license
and failure

            to stop for a red light.

 

            Court Disposition Jackson County

            A person charged with driving under 21 after consuming pled
guilty

            to reckless driving and was fined $50 and court costs. The
incident

            occurred in October 2004.

 

            A person charged with driving while impaired in February

            pled guilty and was given one year unsupervised probation
and fined

            $500.
