0832 Weapons Violations HFR Lot Arrest
A non-student was arrested by University Officers after
officers received a report of a domestic situation off
campus.
The officers spotted the suspect car turning onto the
campus.
Officers stopped the car. The occupants had been drinking.
The passenger was a former Western student.
A loaded handgun was found hidden between the floor mats.
The driver was charged with a weapons violation, driving
while
impaired and driving with a revoked license. In addition,
there
were warrants out for the driver from another county.
