1945 Possible Alcohol Violation Ramsey Center
Report

            Officers investigated a report of drinking during a high
school graduation.

            No alcohol was found on the suspects.

1056 NOL Old Cullowhee Rd.
Citation

            A non-student was charged with no operator's license.

 

1410 Window Screens Benton Hall
Report

            Officers observed students passing items into ground floor
rooms where

            the window screens had been removed. The violation has been
reported

            so that the screens can be replaced.

 

2320 Returned Walled Campus
Report

            University Police returned a wallet to the owner.

2110 Intoxicated Bicyclist Central Dr.
Report

            A male student was counseled by University Police after he
was found

            riding a bicycle while intoxicated.

 

2130 Suspicious Activity Facilities Management
Report

            University Officers stopped a truck leaving the Facilities
Management

            Parking area. The truck had pallets in it. The occupants
said they had

            permission to take the pallets. Officers had them put the
pallets back

            until it could be confirmed that they had permission.

0015 Alarm Leatherwood Hall
Report

            Officers responded to an alarm at Leatherwood Hall. No
trouble found.

 

0115 Underage Drinking Forest Hills Rd.
Citation

            A non-student was charged with underage drinking while
driving.

            Parents were called and picked up the three individuals who
had been

in the vehicle.

 

0357 Assist LEA Off Campus
Report

            Jackson County officers requested University Police
assistance

            at a fight in an off campus apartment complex. When
officers arrived the

            fight was over.

 

0707 Found Bike Central Dr.
Report

            Officers found a bicycle which appeared to have fallen from
a vehicle

            and/or had been run over. The bike is stored in the impound
lot.

 

0730 Fictitious Tag Central Dr.
Citation

            Officers issued a citation to a female non student for
having a fictitious

            tag on her car.

 

1045 Speeding Centennial Dr.
Citation

            Officers issued a citation for exceeding a safe speed.

 

1410 Stuck Vehicle Harrill Hall
Report

            Officers assisted the driver of a vehicle whose truck was
stuck on

            a curb with the pulling wheel off the ground. A tow truck
was called

            and the vehicle was removed from the curb.

 

 

0440 Alcohol/License Violation Memorial Dr.
Citation

            A non-student was charged with alcohol violations and having
a fictitious

            driver's license.
