5/25 FRAUD CAMPUS
INVESTIGATION

                        A female graduate reported that someone had
established a

                        fraudulent account using her social security
number. Her name

                        and SS number had been in the computer that was
stolen from

                        Killian Annex in December; however, her wallet
was also stolen

                        from her room in Scott in the same month. The
investigation

                        is continuing.

1200 ALARM SCOTT NO FIRE

                        Caused by system trouble.

2120 ALARM FPA CENTER NO FIRE

                        Caused by system trouble.
