Report
University officers investigated a noise complaint in
Buchanan.
The occupants were cooperative, apologized and left,

Citation
A male student and a male non-student were charged with
fireworks
violations following an incident outside Scott Hall.
The students were shooting fireworks and one went off
on top of a female's head. She was not injured.
In addition, the male student was charged with littering.
The non-student was banned from campus.
Alcohol was involved.
