INCIDENTS

4/23 1930 ASSAULT OFF CAMPUS REPORT
                Sylva Police reported the arrest of a male student for
                assault on a female. Report filed here for information
                purposes.

4/24 0255 FIGHT THETA XI HOUSE ASSIST
                Officers assisted Jackson County deputies with a
                fight at the above location. The combatants had left
                when officers arrived.

        0620 ALARM PRINT SHOP NO FIRE
                Officers on patrol heard the alarm panel sounding at
                the Print Shop and checked the building. Caused
                by system trouble.

                FRAUD/LARCENY VILLAGE/UC REFERRED
                As a result of a continuing investigation, a female student
                admitted that she had used her roommate's checking
                account information to purchase on-line services over the
                internet on March 10. There is also enough evidence to
                initiate on campus action for stealing money from a purse
                in the UC in March. Referred to Judicial Affairs.

                ASSAULT CAMPUS REFERRED
                As a result of a continuing investigation, a male student
                admitted that he had been intentionally bumping into female
                students for over a year at various locations on campus.
                Cases involve reported offenses going back to April of 2004.
                The incidents are referred to Judicial Affairs.

        1000 MAINTENANCE REYNOLDS REPORT
                Officers found several screens had fallen from windows in
                Robertson and Reynolds because of high winds.

        1940 LOST CAT CARD CAMPUS REPORT
