INCIDENTS

4/22 1710 DISPUTE BENTON COUNSELED
                A student reported that another student had failed to return
                borrowed property. Officers contained the suspect and he
                agreed to return the property.

4/23 0653 ALARM BOOKSTORE REPORT
                Officers responded to a burglar alarm at the Bookstore.
                The cause is unknown.

        1230 ACCIDENT FIELD HOUSE LOT REPORT
                A student reported that her car had been damaged by a
                hit & run driver in the Field House lot.

        1630 OBSCENE CALL CAMPUS INVESTIGATION
                A female student reported that she had received an intimi-
                dating phone call from her father in Michigan who has been
                estranged from her for several years. The investigation is
                continuing.

        1825 ALARM BENTON NO FIRE
                Officers responded to an alarm in Benton caused by system
                trouble.

        2140 ACCIDENT/DWI WAYEHUTTA RD ASSIST
                Officers discovered at traffic accident on Wayehutta Rd and
                assisted the Highway Patrol with response and the arrest
                of the driver for DWI.

        2203 ALCOHOL VIOLATION BEHIND BANK ARREST
                Officers saw an intoxicated male student walking behind
                Wachovia with two beers in his hand. He was under 21 and
                officers cited him for the violation.

        2319 ALCOHOL/DRUGS SCOTT REFERRED
                Officers stopped a vehicle for driving without headlights
                and referred the driver and two passengers to Judicial Affairs
                for drinking underage, possession of marijuana, paraphernalia,
                and having an open container of beer in a car.

4/24 0030 DRIVING AFTER DRINKING CAMPUS CITATION
                Officer found a car that had run off the road near Central Drive
                Hall and cited the driver for driving after drinking while under
                21.

        0100 FALSE ALARM SCOTT INVESTIGATION
                Officers responded to a fire alarm at Scott Hall where someone
                had sprayed an extinguisher in a stairwell and activated a pull
                station on the 4th floor. The suspect is a white male who was
                wearing camo pants and an orange cap.

        0142 DISTURBANCE UC REPORT
                Officers responded to a disturbance in the lobby of the UC that
                occurred after a party on the 3rd floor. Officers separated those
                involved and referred the matter to Judicial Affairs.

        0235 DRUG VIOLATION BENTON ARREST
                Residential Living staff reported the odor of marijuana on the
                ground floor of Benton. Officers found paraphernalia, prescrip-
                tion medication, and an unidentified white powder in the room.
                The male student was charged with possession of paraphernalia.
                Other charges are pending.
