            Officers investigated a minor traffic accident.

Report

            Officers investigated a minor traffic accident.

Citation

            A male student was cited for driving while license revoked.
His license

            had been revoked for driving while impaired.

 

2139 Sexual Assault University Center
Further Investigation

            Officers are investigating a report that a male student was
sexually

            assaulted by a male professional female impersonator during
a "drag"

            show at the University Center.

            

 

2330 Alarm Leatherwood Hall
Report

            Officers responded to an alarm at Leatherwood Hall. No
trouble found.

Report

            While investigating a report of beer bottles being thrown
from a window

            In Scott Hall, a student became angry and belligerent with
officers. Officers

            smelled marijuana and confiscated two pipes and a small
amount of marijuana.

            Referred to Judicial Affairs.

            Officers investigated a report of students throwing beer
bottles out of

            a Leatherwood Hall window.

 

0230 DWI/Drug Violations Traffic Circle
Arrests

            A female student was arrested for driving while impaired and
her

            male (non-student) companion was charged with drug
violations.

            

 

0345 Assist LEA Off Campus
Report

            A University officer was asked by Jackson County to assist
with

            a problem on South Country Club Drive. An intoxicated
individual was

            on top of a house. Officers were able to get the person
down and

            arrested him.
