INCIDENTS

3/22 0650 B & E VENDING MACHINE WALKER ARREST
                Housekeepers reported a vending machine damaged and
                products stolen on the first floor of Walker. Blood evidence
                lead to a male student in a room on the first floor. Officers
                arrested the subject for B & E of a coin-operated machine,
                larceny, and vandalism when he admitted the crimes.

        1000 NOL CENTRAL DRIVE CITATION
                Officers cited a male non-student for no operator's license
                after he was stopped for excessive emissions when officers
                thought his vehicle was on fire.
        
        1520 POSSIBLE SEXUAL ASSAULT UNCLEAR REPORT
                A female student reported that she had been sexually assaulted
                by a male she did not know at a party recently. The location
                of the party is unclear at this time. The investigation is con-
                tinuing.

        1720 ASSIST LEA OLD CULLOWHEE RD ASSIST
                Officers assisted Jackson County emergency services at
                a wreck where a car ran into the river near the Cullowhee
                Cafe.

        2030 SPEEDING CAMPUS CITATION
                Officers cited a female student for exceeding a safe speed.

        2045 ALCOHOL VIOLATIONS SCOTT DR ARREST
                A shuttle driver reported the driveway blocked by a car in
                front of Scott. Officers found a case of beer in the car. When
                the driver returned, he was cited for underage possession of
                alcohol and a fictitious license. The passenger in the car was
                cited for providing alcohol to an underaged person.

0323 0145 DWI CENTENNIAL DR ARREST
                Officers stopped a car that was speeding after he went quickly
                through the front of Scott, through the Helder lot, and the
                wrong way on Dodson Drive. The driver, a male student was
                arrested for DWI. Intoxilyzer results were .21.
