Report

            A set of keys were returned to the owner.

 

0945 Found CAT Cards Campus
Report

            A merchant turned in two CAT Cards which had been left in a
local

            business. The cards were deactivated.

 

1400 Disruptive Student Stillwell
Report

            University officers investigated a report of a student
causing problems

            in a classroom. Further investigation.

 

1839 Traffic Hazard Buchanan Lot
Report

            Officers dragged a concrete wheel stop out of a traffic lane
and back into

            the parking lot where it belonged.

 

2255 Suspicious Persons Water Tower Lot
Report

            Officers interviewed several persons "hanging out" at the
Water Tower

            parking lot.

 

2045 Speeding Norton Rd.
Citation

            A male student was cited for 40 mph in a 20 mph zone.

 

2038 Larceny Central Dr. Hall
Further Investigation

            A student reported her cell phone missing.

0009 Drug Violations Reynolds Hall
Citations

            Two male students received state citations for aggravated
possession

            of marijuana and underage possession of alcohol.

 

0021 Suspicious Odor Walker Hall
Report

            Officers investigated a report of a suspicious odor in
Walker Hall.

 

0120 Broken Door Old Student Union
Report

            Officers investigated a report of a broken door in the Old
Student

            Union Building. The glass was apparently broken out of the
door

            when the door slammed shut.

 

0130 Assist LEA Off Campus
Report

            Jackson County deputies requested the assistance of
University officers

            concerning a fight which occurred at an off-campus
fraternity.

            Two students were taken to Harris Regional Hospital with
injuries

            received in the fight.
