0830 Expired Tag Buzzards Roost Citation

            A female student was cited for an expired tag.

 

1000 Hit and Run Belk Lot
Report

            Officers investigated a hit and run accident in the Belk

            Lot.

 

1058 Alarm FPA Building
Report

            A fire head set off an alarm due to welding in the Fine and
Performing

            Arts Building.

 

1200 Found Keys Near Harrill
Report

            A set of four small keys were turned into the police
department.

            They have not been claimed.

Another set of keys has been turned into the police department which

            have not been claimed.

 

1320 Larceny Univ. Center
Further Investigation

            Students taking up money for a civic organization reported
the

            loss of some of the donations.

 

1445 Lost/Stolen Keys Reid Gym Report

            A student reported his keys either lost or stolen in the
vicinity of

            Reid Gym.

 

1642 Debit Card Fraud Village
Further Investigation

            A student reported the unauthorized use of a debit card.

 

1845 Underage Possession Village Report

            A female student was referred due to underage

possession of alcohol.

 

2032 Burglary/Larceny Scott Hall Further
Investigation

            University officers are investigating the theft of cash from
roommates in

            Scott Hall.

0003 Alarm Central Dr. Hall
Report

            A leaking pipe set off an alarm.

 

0306 Domestic Dispute Harrill Hall Report

            Jackson County authorities reported receiving a phone call
from

            a female student in Harrill saying her boyfriend was hurt.
Western

            officers responded. The boyfriend had gotten angry at the
girlfriend

            and lunged at her, striking his head on a door. He refused

            medical attention. Drinking was involved.

            

 

0740 Arson Benton Hall
Further Investigation

            A student reported someone burned a piece of paper which was
on his

            room door. The door suffered damaged.
