INCIDENTS

3/4 1400 ACCIDENT WALKER A LOT REPORT
                Officers responded to an activated call box and found that
                a street sweeper had struck the box and pushed it over.
                The stanchion was reset and there appeared to be no damage.

3/7 0705 VANDALISM BELK DRIVE REPORT
                Contractors reported that someone had thrown cans and
                bottles at equipment in the construction site causing damage
                to the equipment.

        1130 LOST PERMIT OFF CAMPUS REPORT
                A student reported that he had lost his parking permit.

        1440 HARASSMENT HELDER REPORT
                A female student reported that she was being harassed and
                intimidated by a former boyfriend. No action at this time at
                the request of the complainant.

        1630 SEXUAL ASSAULT OFF CAMPUS PENDING
                A female student reported a sexual assault by a friend that
                occurred off campus. She requested that no action be taken
                at this time. The investigation is continuing pending decision
                by the complainant on whether to speak with the Sheriff's
                Office.

        1710 ACCIDENT REID REPORT
                Officers investigated a traffic accident at Reid Gym.

        1850 MV VIOLATION NC 107 CITATION
                Officers cited a male non-student for failing to move left for
                an emergency vehicle stop.

        1916 SUSPICIOUS ODOR SCOTT HALL NO CONTACT
                Officers investigated a report of a suspicious odor on the 7th
                floor of Scott, but did not locate the source.

        2052 MV VIOLATION VILLAGE CITATION
                Officers cited a male student for parking in a handicapped
                space.

        2120 ACCIDENT MEMORIAL DR REPORT
                Officers investigated a traffic accident between a Cat-Tran
                bus and the WCU EMS ambulance where the mirrors on
                the two vehicles struck. No damage to either vehicle.

        2355 ALARM BREESE NO FIRE
                Caused by system trouble.

3/8 0444 DRUG ARRESTS ALBRIGHT ARREST
                As a result of a search pursuant to a search warrant,
                officers arrested two male students on charges of
                felony possession of marijuana, maintaining a dwelling
                for the purpose of distributing marijuana, manufacturing
                a controlled substance, and possession of paraphernalia.
                Those two students remain incarcerated under an
                $11,000 bond.

                A third male student was arrested for misdemeanor
                possession of marijuana
