2/28 1539 DISGRUNTLED STUDENT FPA CENTER REPORT
                A member of the faculty reported a disgruntled student in
                the FPA Center and asked for assistance in monitoring his
                activities.

3/4 1930 NO OPERATOR'S LICENSE CENTRAL DR CITATION
                Officers cited a female non-student for driving without a
                license.

        2230 EXPIRED REGISTRATION CENTRAL DR CITATION
                Officers cited a male student for displaying an expired
                registration plate.

        2245 EXPIRED REGISTRATION CENTRAL DR CITATION
                Officers cited a male non-student for displaying an expired
                registration plate.

        2345 NOL/EXPIRED REGISTRATION CENTENNIAL DR CITATION
                Officers cited a female non-student for no operator's license and
                displaying an expired registration plate.

3/6 1430 NO OPERATOR'S LICENSE NC 107 CITATION
                Officers cited two male non-students for driving without a license
                at a Sheriff's Department check point on NC 107.

        1930 SPEEDING CATAMOUNT RD CITATION
                Officers cited a male student for speeding 45 mph in a 20 mph zone.
