1115 Open Drink machine Central Dr. Hall
Report

            University officers investigated an open drink machine.
There was no sign

            of forced entry. Distributor was notified.

 

            District Court Jackson County
Plea

            A male student, who was charged in November with taking
pictures with a

            camera phone in a female shower, pleaded guilty to 2nd
degree trespass in District Court.

He received a 15 day sentence suspended for one year on payment of a
fine

and court costs. He was placed on unsupervised probation for one year

and was ordered not to be in any women's residence hall at Western
Carolina University

for one year.

 

2229 Suspicious Persons Performing Arts
Report

            University officers received a report of two suspicious
persons in the vicinity

            of the Performing Arts Building. No one was located.

0053 Traffic Violations NC1007
Citations

            A non student was cited for failing to stop for a blue light
and siren and no

            driver's license. The driver had failed to stop for an
equipment violation.
