INCIDENTS

2/25 10:07 MV VIOLATION UNIVERSITY WAY CITATION
                Officers cited a male student for exceeding a safe speed.

        10:49 MV VIOLATION UNIVERSITY WAY CITATION
                Officers cited a female student for failing to yield right-of-way
                at a stop sign.

        1225 ACCIDENT SCOTT HALL REPORT
                Officers investigated a traffic accident at Scott Hall.

        1245 ASSIST STUDENT HELDER/MCKEE REPORT
                Officers helped a student who had lost her keys find them
                in McKee.

        1445 ACCIDENT HELDER HALL REPORT
                Officers investigated at traffic accident at Helder Hall.

        2030 CONTRABAND ALBRIGHT REFERRED
                Residential Living staff conducting safety inspections of rooms
                turned in 3 prescription bottles one of which contained white
                powder residue and a razor blade and one with marijuana
                residue, a stolen University sign, and a large hunting knife from
                three rooms there. Referred to Judicial Affairs.

        2202 DRUG VIOLATIONS CENTRAL DR HALL REFERRED
                During a health and safety inspection, Residential Living staff
                found drug paraphernalia, marijuana, and an unidentified sub-
                stance in a room on the 3rd floor of Central. Officers took
                possession of the substances and referred the matter to
                Judicial Affairs.

        2347 ALCOHOL OVERDOSE HARRILL HALL INVESTIGATION
                Officers assisted EMS and conducted an investigation of an
                alcohol overdose in Harrill Hall. A female student was transported,
                treated and released from Harris Regional.

2/26 0200 WANTED PERSON STADIUM LOT ARREST
                Officers arrested a male non-student who was found sleeping
                in a car in the stadium lot on charges of failing to appear in
                court in Cherokee County. The subject fought and resisted
                and had to be subdued. No additional charges were filed.

        1000 COMMUNITY POLICING RAMSEY REPORT
                Two officers provided training for Boy Scouts in crime prevention
                and traffic safety at the Merit Badge Midway.

        1345 LARCENY HFR LOT INVESTIGATION
                An employee reported that a camera and equipment had been
                stolen from her car while it was parked at the HFR. The camera
                is the property of the Public Relations office.

2/27 1000 FOUND WHEEL HELDER STORED
                Officers found a tire and wheel on the sidewalk near Helder
                and stored it.
