Further Investigation

            University officers are investigating a vandalism incident
in the Leatherwood/Helder lot.

 

1425 Alarm Reid Gym
Report

            Officers responded to an alarm at Reid Gym. No trouble
located.

0046 Drug Violation Benton Hall
Arrest

            A male student was charged with misdemeanor drug violations.

 

0850 Hit & Run Albright-Benton Lot
Report

            Officers investigated a hit and run accident in the
Albright-Benton Lot.

 

0950 Larceny from Mtr. Veh. Campus
Report

            A student reported the theft of a transferable parking
decal.

 

1332 Hit & Run Memorial Dr.
Report

            Officers investigated a hit and run accident.

 

1345 Traffic Accident Centennial Dr.
Report

            Officers investigated a minor traffic accident. No
injuries.

 

1625 Stuck Elevator Village
Report

            Officers responded to a stuck elevator with three students
inside. Facilities

            Management was able to open the doors. Students were
released unharmed.

 

2130 Speeding Norton Rd.
Citation

            University officers cited a male student for 42 mph in a 20
mph zone.

 

2230 Drug Violations Leatherwood Hall
Arrest

            A male student was arrested on felony and misdemeanor
drug/alcohol violations. He is

            being held in the Jackson County Jail under a $12,000
secured bond.

 

2230 Suspicious Odor Leatherwood Hall
Report

            Officers were unable to locate the source of a suspicious
odor (possibly marijuana).

 

            Lost and Found Campus
Report

            A lost wallet was returned to the owner.

            A cell phone was returned to the owner.

            Officers responded to an alarm. No trouble located.

 

0300 Drug Violations Central Dr.
Arrest

            A male non-student (from out of state) was cited by
University Officers for

possession of a controlled substance. The individual was also
intoxicated.
