INCIDENTS

2/10 1000 LARCENY HELDER INVESTIGATION
                A student reported that someone had stolen money and a purse
                from her room on the 4th floor between 2/9 and 2/10.

        1430 ALARM ALBRIGHT/BENTON NO FIRE
                Officers responded to a fire alarm caused by electricians
                working on the system.

        1838 TRESPASSING SCOTT ARREST
                Officers found that a subject who overdosed on alcohol in
                Scott early in the morning had been banned from campus
                and arrested him.

        1958 ACCIDENT CENTENNIAL DR REPORT
                Officers investigated a traffic accident at University Way and
                Centennial Drive. Officers cited one female student for
                failing to carry a driver's license and another female student
                for failing to yield right-of-way.

2/11 0303 ALTERED LICENSE CAMPUS CITATION
                Officers cited a male student for possession of an altered
                driver's license

        1310 LARCENY WALKER A REPORT
                A student reported that someone broke into his car and stole
                his stereo and speakers between 2/7 and 2/11.
                
        1605 ALARM SCOTT NO FIRE
                Officers responded to a fire alarm at Scott caused by workers
                replacing a detector head.

        2125 SUSPICIOUS PERSON HUNTER LIBRARY NO CONTACT
                Employees reported seeing a suspicious person enter a mechanical
                room and not exit. Officers found an exterior door to the room
                unlocked and assume that the subject left through that door.

2/12 0014 SUSPICIOUS PERSON HELDER REFERRED
                A student reported that she and her boyfriend were being
                harassed by a male student. The incident is referred to
                Judicial Affairs.

        0046 DWI/NOL CAMPUS ARREST
                Officers arrested a female student for DWI and no operator's
                license. Intoxilyzer results were .23.
        
        0845 SPEEDING CAMPUS CITATION
                Officers cited a male student for speeding 41 mph in a 20 mph
                zone.

        
        0916 SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY RAMSEY REFERRED TO TEACHERS
                Officers saw two groups of students from the Science Fair leaning
                over high railings and throwing objects at each other. Some were
                identified and referred to their teachers.

        0947 ALARM RAMSEY REPORT
                Officers responded to an alarm at Ramsey caused
                when Science Fair students found a leaf blower and
                started it under a smoke detector head.

        2157 DRUG VIOLATION ALBRIGHT REFERRED
                Officers responded to a report of the odor of marijuana on the
                ground floor of Albright and referred a male and female student
                to Judicial Affairs for possession of paraphernalia.

        2253 DRIVING AFTER DRINKING CAMPUS CITATION
                Officers cited a male student for driving after drinking and
                having an open container in his vehicle
        
        2305 ASSIST LEA LEATHERWOOD REPORT
                Officers assisted deputies in locating a vehicle that may
                have caused an accident off campus. The suspect vehicle
                was located. A female non-student in Leatherwood and her
                parents took her and the car home.

2/13 0109 ALARM REID NO FIRE
                Officers responded to a trouble alarm at Reid. The
                alarm would not reset.

        0259 SUSPICIOUS PERSON HELDER REPORT
                Officers responded to a report that a male dressed in black
                was in the Helder lot acting suspiciously. He was identified
                as a student from Queens College visiting a WCU student.

        0300 INVASION OF PRIVACY WALKER REFERRED
                A student reported that his roommate was invading his privacy
                by pointing a WEB cam at his bed and leaving it on. Referred
                to Judicial Affairs for the Code of Conduct violation.

        1245 DOG COMPLAINT UC REPORT
                Officers received a complaint of a vicious dog near the UC.
                The found the dog and found him not to be vicious. The owners
                were contacted and got the dog.
