INCIDENTS

2/9 FOUND WALLET CAMPUS REPORT
                A wallet that was found on the road was returned to the owner.

        0630 ANIMAL COMPLAINT BENTON REPORT
                Officers responded to a complaint of a goat loose. Officers detained
                The goat and walked it to a residence off campus and returned it to
                The owner.

        0934 SPEEDING BELK DR REPORT
                Officers received complaint of vehicle exceeding safe speed. Officers
                Located the vehicle and driver and spoke to him about the problem.
                The driver admitted to going too fast and apologized and said it would
                Not happen again.

        1405 SUSPICIOUS PERSON SCOTT BANNED
                Officers investigated complaint of suspicious person outside in front
                Of Scott. Officer located a non-student who advised he had met a
                Male student the day before and had spent the night at Scott. Subject
                Was transported to a pay phone to call someone to pick him up.
                Subject was banned from campus.

        1420 VANDALISM LEATHERWOOD REPORT
                A student reported her vehicle was damaged sometime between
                2-8-05 and 2-9-05. Investigation is continuing.

        1500 ROOMMATE PROBLEM WALKER REPORT
                A student reported a problem with her roommate's boyfriend. The
                Boyfriend of the roommate was contacted and was banned from
                Walker residence hall.

        1615 LOST KEYS KILLIAN ANNEX REPORT
                A housekeeper reported that she had lost her keys for the Killian
                Annex building. Investigation is continuing.

        2110 ACCIDENT HARRILL REPORT
                A student reported that she had hit a vehicle but returned to the area
                And the vehicle she hit was not there. Investigation continuing.

        2138 ALARM WALKER REPORT
                Officers responded to an alarm on 5th and 6th floors. Unknown what
                Caused the alarm. No fire.

        2140 LARCENY SCOTT REFERRED
                Officers responded to a complaint of fraternity members stealing toilet
                Paper and asking girls to pose nude. Referred to Judicial Affairs.

        2330 INSURANCE VIOLATION CITATION
                Officer issued a state citation to subject for not having insurance.

        0150 INTOXICATION SCOTT REPORT
                Officers responded to a call of alcohol overdose. Officers found a non-
                Student who advised he had 10 glasses of wine and refused to go to
                The hospital. A friend agreed to let him stay in his room so he could
                Keep a check on him.
