INCIDENTS

2/7 ATM CARD THEFT/FRAUD CAMPUS REFERRED
                As a result of a continuing investigation, a student admitted that
                he had stolen and used a credit card from a room in Scott. The
                theft of the card is referred to Judicial Affairs. The frauds occurred
                off campus and will be referred to agencies with appropriate juris-
                diction.

                ACCIDENT CENTRAL DR HALL REPORT
                Officers investigated a traffic accident that occurred on January
                29 at Central Drive Hall.

        1207 CALL BOX KILLIAN NO CONTACT
                Officers responded to an activated call box at Killian and
                found no one in the area.

        1540 BLOCKING SIDEWALK DODSON NO ACTION
                Officers received a report that a group at Dodson was
                blocking the sidewalk. Officers checked the area and
                found no violations.

        1600 FALSE FIRE ALARM SCOTT ARREST
                As a result of a continuing investigation, officers
                arrested a female student for false activation of a
                fire alarm in Scott Hall on January 25.

        1610 FIRE ALARM FPA CENTER NO FIRE
                Caused by workers grinding concrete.

        1835 BURGLARY/LARCENY WALKER INVESTIGATION
                A student reported that while he was gone to class, some-
                one entered his unlocked room and stole a Sony 8mm
                Handycam.

        1845 ACCIDENT WALKER REPORT
                Officers investigated a traffic accident at Walker Hall.

        1915 SUSPICIOUS FIRE LANDFILL INVESTIGATION
                Cullowhee Fire Department responded to a fire at the WCU
                landfill. Damage was minimal. It appears that the fire
                started from hot embers left in discarded material from a
                house that had been burned recently.

        2030 LEWD CONDUCT RAMSEY REFERRED
                A male student was referred to Judicial Affairs and escorted
                from the Ramsey Center for lewd conduct during the halftime
                activities of the WCU/ASU basketball game.
