INCIDENTS

2/4 0800 DISTRAUGHT STUDENT SCOTT REPORT
                A family member reported that the family was concerned
                about the well-being a female student in Scott Hall. Officers
                found that the student had left school and gone home.

        1530 ACCIDENT WALKER A LOT REPORT
                Officers investigated a traffic accident in the Walker A lot.

        1432 LOST CELL PHONE LIBRARY REPORT
                A student reported that she had lost her Samsung cell phone
                in Hunter Library.

        1715 DRUG CALL SCOTT NO CONTACT
                Officers responded to a call from Residential Living staff, but
                could detect no odor of marijuana.

        1915 MV VIOLATION NC 107 CITATION
                Officers cited a male student for operating a motorcycle without
                a motorcycle endorsement.

        2030 DWLR CENTRAL DR ARREST
                Officers arrested a male student for driving with his license
                revoked and displaying a fictitious tag.

2/5 0053 MV VIOLATION CENTENNIAL DR CITATION
                Officers cited a male student for an improper turn and failing
                to sign his registration card.

        0112 ALARM REID NO FIRE
                Alarm caused by system trouble.

        0121 ASSIST LEA CATAMOUNT PEAKS ASSIST
                Officers assisted deputies with a report of a fight in progress.
                All combatants were gone when officers arrived. However,
                in the two following drug arrests, both seemed to have come
                from the Catamount Peaks area.

        0200 DRUG ARREST CENTENNIAL DR ARREST
                Deputies made a traffic stop on Centennial Drive and arrested
                a male student for possession of marijuana with intent to sell.

        0346 DRUG ARREST WEYAHUTTA RD ARREST
                Officers stopped a vehicle that was being operated erratically
                and found over two ounces of marijuana and over $900 in
                cash on the passenger in the vehicle. The passenger is a
                student. He was arrested and placed in jail under a $3000
                bond.

        1600 LOST CAT CARD SCOTT REPORT
                A student reported that she had lost her Cat Card near Scott.

        1610 LOST CAT CARD SCOTT REPORT
                A student reported that she had lost her Cat Card near Scott.

        1518 VANDALISM BENTON LOT REPORT
                A student reported that someone had damaged his car while
                it was parked at Benton.

        1745 ALARM CENTRAL DR HALL NO FIRE
                Caused by a ground fault.

        2013 ACCIDENT CENTENNIAL DR REPORT
                Officers investigated a traffic accident on Centennial Drive.

        2141 ALCOHOL ARREST CENTRAL DRIVE ARREST
                Officers arrested a male student for underaged possession
                of beer and littering in front of Albright/Benton.
        
2/6 0036 CALL BOX BAPTIST CH LOT NO CONTACT
                Officers responded and found no one in the area.

        0056 CALL BOX BROWN NO CONTACT
                Officers responded and found no one in the area.

        0110 ALARM REID NO FIRE
                Officers responded to an alarm at Reid caused by system
                trouble.

        0238 ASSIST LEA POST OFFICE ASSIST
                Officers loaned an alco-sensor to a deputy who had made a
                traffic stop at the post office.

        0830 THREATS REYNOLDS REFERRED
                A student reported that she had received threatening e-mails
                from another student. Officers contacted the suspect and she
                admitted that she sent the e-mails and apologized. Referred
                to Judicial Affairs.

        1330 VANDALISM FRONT OF SCOTT REPORT
                A student reported that someone had damaged the fender of
                her car and written on the windows in front of Scott between
                2/5 and 2/6.
