1830 Harassing Phone Calls Off-Campus
Further Investigation

            A female student obtained a warrant against a male
non-student for harassment stemming

            from an incident off campus.

Cafeteria Report

            Officers responded to a call box activation. Officers were
nearby and saw no one.

1315 Assist EMS Child Care
Center Report

            University officers assisted the WCU and WestCare EMS at the
Kneedler

            Child Care Center. A child was having seizure like
activity. The child was

            transported to Harris Regional Hospital.

1440 Vandalism Coulter Lot
Further Investigation

            University officers are investigating an incident in which
the rear window of a vehicle was broken.

1515 Drug Violations Walker Hall
Further Investigation

            Officers executed a search warrant and confiscated several
items associated with illegal

            substances, shotgun shells and a knife from a room in Walker
Hall. Charges are pending.

1610 Road Sign Walker
Hall Report

            Officers confiscated a DOT sign seen in plain view in a
room.

1813 Larceny/Burglary Buchanan Hall
Further Investigation

            University officers are investigating the theft of money
from a room in Buchanan Hall.

0815 Assist LEA Old
Speedwell Rd. Report

            University officers assisted Jackson County Deputies at the
scene of an assault

            of a female by a male wielding an axe. None of those
involved are students. The

            male was apprehended.

2110 Accident
Leatherwood Lot Report

            Officers investigated a minor traffic accident in the
Leatherwood Lot.

Referred

            Officers referred a male student for underage possession and
consuming

            Alcohol.

Hall Further Investigation

            Officers are investigating a reported rape.

0300 Underage Drinking Centennial Dr.
Citation

            A female student was cited for underage drinking and
driving. A male in the

            car was abusive toward the officers.
