1100 Larceny/Burglary Scott Hall
Further Investigation

            A student reported several items of clothing were taken from
her room.

 

1119 Hit & Run Walker Lot
Report

            A student reported his vehicle was damaged in a hit and

             run incident.

 

1225 Larceny From Vehicle Madison Hall Lot
Further Investigation

            A student reported the theft of a temporary tag from her
vehicle.

 

1248 Call Box Activation Baptist Lot
Report

            Officers responded to a call box activation. No one was
located.

 

1405 Traffic Accident McKee Lot
Report

            Officers investigated a minor traffic accident in the McKee
Lot.

 

1600 Threats/Weapons Violation Village
Further Investigation

            A non-student was charged with communicating threats and
possessing/concealing

            weapons. The non-student was charged by Jackson County
Officials. The incident

            stemmed from a situation that began in Sylva and a further
confrontation on campus.

 

2130 Drug Violations Albright/Benton Hall
Citation

            Two students were charged with possession of drug
paraphernalia and

            simple possession of marijuana.

 

2157 Lost Wallet Robertson Hall
Report

            A student reported he lost his wallet.

 

2309 Alarm Reynolds
Report

            Officers responded to an alarm at Reynolds. No trouble
located.

 

2345 Simple Assault Leatherwood Hall
Arrest

            A female student reported being assaulted by two female
non-students.

            One non-student was charged with simple assault and both
non-students

            were banned from campus.
